Indian government has decided to ban red beacons which we see on cars of all ministers, politicians and bureaucrats. These all top officials of the country had the privilege to have it and that was seen as the ultimate status symbol. Now, from May 1, only ambulances, fire engines, police and army will be allowed to use blue flashing beacons to pass through traffic. After the decision of removing red beacons, Modi, wrote on twitter, "Every Indian is special. Every Indian is a VIP ".
