Don't expose to LED light too much

Are you having sleepless night after a hectic day in front of computer, are you using your smart gadgets for a longer time on a particular day, then there is every chance that you may not a proper sleep that day. The back light of the computer, Tablet, mobile LED screens are of white LED.  

As per new study, the retina may get affected if the eye gets exposed to it beyond a limit. The study says the wavelengths emitted by White LED specifically can cause sleep issues. any limit more then 3,000 Kelvin could be affecting the retina. 

The important point to remember here is that the affect is not so immediate. You slowly feel the affects of cataract as your age grows.
