One day there were three people waiting for a bus in the bus stop. There hasn't been a bus around for some time and suddenly a bus came up. The bus was rush and there was no additional place for the new passengers. The first guy in the bus stop thought that if he misses the bus he might not get another and somehow got into the bus. The other two were not interested at all to get into that bus. After some time, one more bus arrived and it was some what free to get in but there were no seats available. One among the two left out guys, got into it as he felt there was at least place to get in. Now the third guy waited, waited until there was a bus with seat available and then go into it.
Now if you have observed these guys, the first guy who is a hush and rush kind and wants to get the things done when they come. The second guy always had a goal in mind but wanted it to with minimal pressure. The third guy doesn't want to take pressure at all, he is relaxed, waits forever for those moments of life. Now, the problem for me is that all of the three are my friends, my room mates and my office colleagues. We have to be together all the time but bringing in the sync between these guys to arrive at a single decision is the challenging task. For a decision to be arrived at on any matter, I had to take the role of convincing the guys and keep the folks together. While bringing sync I keep taking lot of pot shots at me and I tend to get depressed most of the time.
We daily face these kind of different mentalities. We cannot satisfy all of them. We have to act as per our priorities and needs and leave the point there. We should never take that pressure when people give out their opinion and stand on our point. We should keep in mind that we have to satisfy ourselves and the people who care for us.
