The ULTIMATE STAR of tollywood has started his so called second innings with ABADDAM. The movies he has acted in his first innings are totally different from second ones.In the earlier movies there was not much scope for uday to show his talent,they were normal lover boy roles.Later on he started accepting challenging roles which gave scope for him to perform.But they could not give much needed big hit for uday. Even the fans and uday himself can't understand what happened to a much fancied movies like GUNDE JHALLUMANDI,VIYYALAVARI KAYYALU and EKALOVEYUDU. One of the key factor that might have played important role in giving hits to uday in his earlier films was the comedy.The 3 big movies which raised hopes of a hit to uday just remained average mainly because of this factor.The comparison stands like this,

The above 4 films which had a huge entertainment factor along with story strength and finally udayz charm stand out as biggest hits in uday's career.
ABADDAM-LOVE TODAY-LAKSHMI PUTRUDU-EKALOVEYUDU
The above 4 films never had a entertainment factor through out the film.They failed miserably.Even the story was good in these films comedy was the main factor that lacked.
VIYYALAVARI KAYYALU-GUNDE JHALLUMANDI
These two films were very crucial to uday after his long break from tollywood in search of a good story. The banners from which these movies came raised big hopes. Even though they did not dissapoint they did not give the big hit to uday. Uday looked fresh as ever and done complete justice to his roles. Comedy was integral part of the story and entertained every one. VIYYALAVARI KAYYALU was full of comedy actors but none of them provided the expected. Except venu madhav every other character was dull. Even in GUNDE JHALLUMANDI venu madhav has done an excellent job. Except him no other person could lift the movie to a higher level with their comedy in both the movies.Uday's action has been the stand out factor in both movies.
Finally, uday fans feel that a little bit more focus on the entertainment factor could help the movie and give uday the hit. Compared to his earlier movies, the last few movies he has acted in has less percentage of comedy. This might become the deciding factor in his upcoming movies too. So, uday fans hope that he gives some importance to it.
Uday already promised his fans that he is going to appear with a fresh look in his upcoming movie.They are eagerly waiting for the official announcement of his new movie.Hope it should happen on his birthday.
