I was travelling in my car on a national highway at a very high speed. Suddenly I remembered the discussion I had with my friends few days before my travel. In a friendly conversation with my friends they warned me not to travel along this route. The reason quoted by them was that it was most mysterious place on the earth. When they told me mysterious, I felt that there must be some adventure associated with it. From my childhood I have been a person who loved challenges and adventures. When I was about to say something in return to them , they started explaining on a feared tone saying that people have reported seeing strange creatures on this route. Also, they quoted few deaths for which even the police couldn't find any clue. At first, I was like little feeble in replying to them but told them that no one can scare me at any moment in life. Even though they were hesitant I started my journey. The journey started on a lovely evening and with melodious tracks turned in my car. I remembered all the discussions and was racing ahead with accelerator fully on.
I entered a ghat road where it was very dark and I am sure that I am the only person on the route. As I drove along I started hearing voice saying, " How are you friend"? For one second, my heart beat stopped. I knew internally that I was warned by my friends not to travel along this route alone and too at nights. But I regained confidence and started to drive ahead. Within no time I could see a white creature sitting beside me and i was almost out with a heart attack. I was speechless and out of shiver my car started going out of control. I could neither stop the car nor drive without fear.
I knew, it was a ghost who just decided to sit beside me and enjoy a drive with me. From my school days,used to watch lot of ghost movies and always wanted see one in life. I gave a fake smile at the ghost remembering my childhood dream. Again the ghost in a low tone asked, "How are you?" and in a shivery tone I answered , "fine". for a ten minutes after that neither parties uttered anything. Meanwhile, I started thinking of all my childhood dreams where i always wanted to have a Alibaba and the magic lamp kind of thing with me which can help me conquer the world. I started feel that I found something using which I can conquer the world. Even though it was a dark night, I started day dreaming that i am now the king of the world. I will try to extend friendship with this ghost and do whatever I wanted to achieve. I started taking control of the situation and starting explaining confidently to the ghost beside me regarding the things I wanted to achieve in my life.
Ghost listened all the things patiently and only after 15 minutes of my domination, it started speaking. It asked me to take the coming right turn. I asked the reason to turn right and she told that there is a guest house where we both can discuss and come to a deal. My mind was so preoccupied by the fact that I found a thing which can help me conquer the world, I blindly accepted the invitation by ghost and took a right turn. After 5 minutes drive at a rate of 100 km/hr on a bumpy road I realized I am being led the wrong way. I started posting questions to the ghost and i never received a answer. It demanded me to drive fast and I was left with no option. As i drove ahead fast, I suddenly fell into a valley and I knew those were the last moments of mine on the earth. I remembered my friends advice not to travel along and the dire consequences I might face if I do so. But I never valued their advice and in turn I was greedy in conquering the world with the help of a non-living thing. I was helpless, and within few minutes I was dead.
