A joke on the present day salaries in the industry

I got attacked by Ransomware and was asked for money...

I sent them my Salary slip...

Immediately they themselves removed it from my system

The above joke has been circulating over the social media and is one of the most popular post among the industry folks. Not sure who created it but it seems to be true. Many employees have been underpaid these days. Most percentage of industry folks are dissatisfied with what they have been getting. With the cost of living going up in an exponential manner, the modern day techies are finding it difficult to survive with the salary they are getting. While some are handsomely paid, some are under paid and a look at their salary sheets explains the same. Many companies try to normalize every year to keep everyone on par with the industry standard package but this is not helping the techies.
