I was walking along my street on a lovely evening. A parent and his small kid were walking in front of me. The kid was loving the taste of a chocolate he was having. He finished having the chocolate and asked his mother where to throw the chocolate wrapper. His mother suggested the kid dump it beside the road. I was surprised looking at the same. How can parents give such irresponsible suggestions to kids!! The parent should have ordered to keep the cover is his pocket or hold in his hand and dump it in the near by dust-bin or carry it to his home. Yes, I agree I don't have the right to speak about what they have to do but as a responsible citizen I felt parent should have acted better.
Dear parents, please, teach your parents how to keep the environment clean. If we ourselves are prompting them to throw garbage everywhere, to whom will they listen? In that case, how does programmes like Swach Bharat make a difference? The neatness and responsibility should start from ourselves and we should educate others.
