Leading wicket taker in tests in 2012

Talking of spinners in recent times, people remind of masters like Muralitharan, Kumble, Saeed Ajmal, Swann,.. etc. If we take other teams there are some or the other match winners with the ball. But for team srilnaka it was only one bowler who dominated always and it was Murali. When Muralitharan retired everyone thought that it was the end of srilankan changes of doing well in tests. But one man stood up to the challenge and showed that there is life after Murali in tests for srilanka. And by the way he became the leading wicket take for the year of 2012. He is Ranaga Herath. This is not a small achievement by any means. Considering, the fact that he is not such a popular figure in international cricket is always helping him. Not much expectations as like on Murali might be another reason he is playing with no pressure. When he has bat in his hand he is always aggressive and if one agrees or not some of his shots always reminds of Sanath.
